Seals - everyone adores them. What’s not to love? With their large, beady, puppy-dog eyes, they symbolize innocence, playfulness and naivety. To the Inuit, they meant survival, as it was not only their main source of food, but their pelts were used for kamiks (boots) which were waterproof and warm. |
